How it works
- New accounts start with 5 Fun Coins.
- Creating a story costs 1 Fun Coin.
- If your story is approved, you earn +2 Fun Coins.
- To keep things fair, story generation has a daily limit per user.
Bonus tips from readership
As your stories gain more readers, you may receive additional Fun Coin tips. These bonuses are based on readership and engagement signals and are not guaranteed.
Tipping authors
You can support writers by tipping Fun Coins on a story page. Tipping transfers your Fun Coins directly to the story author. You cannot tip your own stories, and tipping requires a sufficient Fun Coins balance.
Pin & Boost
- Pin a story: After your story is approved, you can spend 1 Fun Coin to pin it on the homepage.
- Boost a story: Start a free Boost campaign. When 3 friends click your Boost share link from different IPs, your story gets pinned automatically.

Cash out your Fun Coins for real rewards when you hit key milestones! While rules and rewards may evolve, one thing stays constant: laughter is the best ROI.
